ICN Volunteer Timesheet for Membership Fee Waiver

To have your membership fee waived for next calendar year, you must volunteer a minimum of 20 hours at ICN through an ICN approved and supervised activity, before Dec 31 of this year.

Please report your volunteer activity (date, time, location, and event/activity details) using this form.

Volunteer hours cannot be transferred to another individual.

Submitted timesheets will be verified by the ICN membership committee.

Volunteers must submit an ICN membership form if they haven't done so in the past five years, along with this timesheet. The membership form is available at: https://icn.kindful.com/register/membership.

*NEW: Membership Fee Waiver Program for Volunteering at ICN

If an individual completes this form and volunteers at least 20 hours in a calendar year at ICN (on a project directed and certified in writing by ICN) will be considered equivalent to that individual's yearly membership fee for the next calendar year.
This is a great opportunity for everyone including young adults 18-25 years age.
